At PEAK, we provide a comprehensive childcare service that extends until 6:00 PM on every school day. To enroll your child, please complete the registration packet linked below and send it to peakenrichment@gmail.com.
Enrichment Program
Our Enrichment Program at Colfax Charter Elementary offers an exciting and well-rounded selection of classes that run five days a week, designed to inspire and prepare students for a bright future. From hands-on activities like LEGO engineering and ceramics to thought-provoking sessions in marine biology and chemistry, our program nurtures creativity, dexterity, and a love for learning. Each class is thoughtfully crafted to engage students in STEM, art, and critical thinking, while also building essential life skills like communication, collaboration, and problem-solving. Whether they’re strategizing in chess, exploring the wonders of the ocean, or competing in a fun “Cupcake Wars” challenge, students will thrive in a safe, positive, and fun environment that encourages growth and discovery. Join us for an enriching after-school experience that equips your child with the tools they need to succeed!

Class Change & Drop Policy
If you’d like to switch your child into a different class, there’s a $25 charge fee per class.
If you decide to drop a class, a 3% fee applies to the original charge and another 3% fee applies to the refund transaction.
Thank you for understanding as these small fees help cover processing costs.

Class Description: We are devoted to promoting the merits of chess among children by using stories, dances, and catchy songs to make the game of chess exciting and easy to understand. Children who participate in our program improve their critical thinking and problem-solving skills, improve their concentration and mental discipline, gain confidence, and have a great time!!! All students in the chess club receive an exclusive Academic Chess workbook, prizes for good sportsmanship, and participate in the "BIG TOURNAMENT" on the last day, where all kids take home a prize!
New and experienced chess players are welcome! Depending on enrollment we will send 2 Academic Chess instructors and children participating will be broken up into groups based on age and experience. Fishbowl Youth Entrepreneurs is a hands on youth entrepreneurship program designed to help kids discover their strengths, build confidence, and develop real world skills through the exciting world of business. Students learn about entrepreneurship, creativity, financial literacy, marketing, sales, communication, teamwork, problem solving, and more, while working toward creating a business idea of their own. We are so excited to kick off a brand new year of Fishbowl at Peak Enrichment!
This year will include new lessons, exciting events, new challenges, and tons of prizes. Yes, even RMS squishies!
Students will also have the opportunity to earn real materials and supplies to help build their own business, plus a gift card to shop for startup items they choose themselves.
At Fishbowl, kids don’t just learn about entrepreneurship. They get to experience it, create, collaborate, and start turning their ideas into something real.
We can’t wait to see what our Peak Fishbowl students create this year!
