Focus: Specific Genre Writing 

Writing enrichment classes are courses designed to improve students' writing skills beyond a standard curriculum.  

 8 week session  

DATE: 2/5, 2/12, 2/19, 2/26, 3/5, 3/12, 3/19, 3/26

2nd and 3rd grade 

Max: 10 Kids 

Thursdays 2:50-3:50 

$240/per student 

We will meet 1x week on Thursdays and refine 2nd grade writing genres. Students will be working on elaborating personal narratives, opinions, and expository text. Students will go through the entire writing process and rules for each genre and create a mini portfolio as a culminating activity.
