Calling all young artists and storytellers! Students in TK–5th grade will jump into the colorful world of comic books, creating their very own heroes, villains, characters, and exciting adventures. From superheroes and manga to fantasy, action, and comedy, students will explore different comic styles while learning to use speech bubbles, action words, story panels, and illustrations. Each week, they’ll use their imagination to draw, design, and build their own original comic book pages. By the end of the class, every student will have a one-of-a-kind comic adventure to proudly share—POW! BAM!
